About Our Club

Message from the President

Our club was re-formed in 2000 commencing with just two teams. In 2008 we are planning to grow our Club to a minimum six sides, ranging from Under 9's though to Under 17's. We are also fortunate to enjoy a positive relationship with our local Auskick, which is well placed for growth over the next few years.

While winning is important to us, it is not everything! Our Club is committed to providing an environment where all players can develop their skills, become responsible team members and be respectful of officials, opposition players and umpires, while having fun, building lasting friendships and playing some good footy along the way. We have however, been fortunate enough to win two premierships since re-forming, with our Under 11's being victorious in 2001 and our Under 13's winning the flag in 2005.

At HJFC we have built a close and productive relationship with the Heidelberg Football Club which provides a quality career path for our players to aspire to throughout their junior days, with an opportunity to progress and play high standard, first division football in the Northern Football League.

We enjoy fantastic playing surrounds and facilities at Warringal Park, with all of our coaches being properly accredited through Football Victoria. We are proud of our Club, our culture, our players, their families and our supporters.
